1.1 If you are having problem with our website, we suggest you to do the following :

If you still cannot log in, please contact our customer service by providing us the details about your issue, including screenshot of any error message and what you have done to resolve it.
2.2 Closing account. We are sorry to see you go. Please remember your MIXANDMATCHOFFICIAL account is free and you can shop easily without entering details each time. Your account also allows you to receive newsletters and you can take advantage of the exclusive discounts and promotions on the site. If you still want to delete your account, you need to contact our customer service. You will need to confirm the following:

Trouble Entering Mailing Address
5.1 If your address is too long to fit into Address 1, you can use “Address 2” as the second line for your address details.
5.2 When entering your postcode or zip code, our system will automatically insert a space in the middle of it once you have clicked “Save”. Don’t worry, this happens with all addresses and will not affect your delivery or your payment.
5.3 Whenever you update or add an address, please remember to click “Save” so that the new details are ready when you shop with us next time.
