We want to sort out the faulty items immediately. As soon as you discover a faulty items, you may want to contact our customer care team immediately by providing your:
(i) Order number
(ii) Item(s) code
(iii) The description of the fault
Our customer service team will investigate and replace you a new one as soon as possible.
Back In Stock Items
2.1 We do not inform for backordered items. You have to check out our website regularly.
2.2 We don’t tend to restock a lot of items as we would like to offer you new and up to date fashion pieces regularly.
Size and Measurements
3.1 Actual sizing may differ slightly depending on material. Each of the items will have the measurements written at the website including footwear.
3.2 Please check the measurement properly before placing an order as there will be no refund unless you want to change it to other items.
4.1 You are able to wishlist items for up to 30 days in the “Wishlist” column if you see anything nice but you’re not ready to buy it straight away.
5.1 Your estimated delivery date is in your order confirmation email. Please allow until the stated date for your order to arrive.
5.2 It is also worth checking if there is any local delay in your area.
5.3 You will be able to view your order status via our tracking service. To check on this, all you need to do is to log into “My account” and view your order. If the status shows “Track this order” just click the link and you will be able to trace your parcel. If the order shows “Shipped”, it means your order has been sent with your local postal service but it is yet trackable.
