1. Return & Refund

1.1 If you received a faulty or incorrect item(s), please contact our customer service team immediately at help@mixandmatchofficial.com. We will arrange to return the item(s) for you as soon as possible.

1.2 For return item(s), please make sure that the price tag, the original wrapping is attached for hygiene purpose or any packaging e.g. shoes should return with the shoes box.

1.3 If the item(s) is out of stock in terms of colors or sizes, we will proceed to refund you the total amount you have paid.

1.4 If you have ordered the wrong size, you can return to us and change to other items but with no refund.

1.5 All goods will be inspected on return.

1.6 The goods are your responsibility until they reach to our warehouse. Please make sure it is packed up properly before returning.

1.7 In the unlikely event that the item(s) sent back to us in a unsuitable condition, we may have to return it back to you.

1.8 Postage fee to return item(s) to our warehouse is free for all Malaysian customers.

1.9 We recommend you to obtain the proof of postage for reference. Our address is The Penthouse, Level 19, Uptown 1, Jalan SS21/58, Damansara Utama, 47400, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

1.10 Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable. So please make sure you check on the measurements before checking out.

 

  1. Return Policy Within Malaysia

2.1 You can return the items to us if it is faulty or incorrectly sent within seven working days. Please make sure that the price tags or packaging or wrapping is not removed. E.g. clothes with price tag on & shoes with shoe box.

2.2 No refund is allowed after placing an order. However, if you would like to change to other size or color, please fill up the return form under “Help” section and we will provide you a “Return Code” to replace your order. Please send back the items to our warehouse within seven days and place order again from our website with the “Return code”.

2.3 If you would like to return a swimwear or underwear, please do not remove the original wrapping for hygiene purpose.

2.4 The goods are at your responsibility until they reach to our warehouse. Please make sure they are packed up properly and do not get damaged on the way.

2.5 We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

2.7 You are responsible for the cost of returning any items except faulty or incorrectly sent items.

2.8 Please provide us the consignment note number after you have sent the item(s) to any postal service company.

 

  1. International Return Policy

You may return the items to us if it is faulty or incorrectly sent within 10 working days together with the price tags or any packaging or wrapping. E.g. clothes with price tag on and shoes with shoe box.

3.2 No refund is allowed after placing an order. However, if you would like to change to other size or color, please fill in the return form under “Help” section. Please send back the items to our warehouse within 10 working days and place a new order from our website using the “Return code”
